Mr. Lucas Mbengeni Mundalamo, the founder and director, is a fully qualified and admitted Attorney with right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa. His academic legal and practical qualifications are as follows:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree
• LLM Degree in Human Right and Constitutional Litigation
• LLM Degree in Banking Law.
• Higher Diploma in tax
• Certificate in corporate law mergers and acquisitions
• Finalizing mini thesis /dissertation for an LLM Corporate Law Degree

Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) in terms of the country’s company laws, the Legal Practice Council (formerly the Law Society) in 2009 in compliance with
the Legal Practice Council Act 28 of 2014 (as amended), having had valid Fidelity
Fund Certificates for every year of its existence, without fail.

The firm is on the panel of Insolvency Practitioners at the Master of the Pretoria
